After you receive a shipping confirmation you can go to the Track My Package link and enter your e-mail and order number to track your package.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to ship. Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

** All Priority 2-Day orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Maverick by Logan Paul does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center.

 

If your package hasn’t shipped, you can email support@shoploganpaul.com and let us know your order number and correct shipping address so we can update it in our system.

If your package has shipped, we cannot change it enroute. If the package is returned to our Distribution Center, we will email you.

Maverick by Logan Paul is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.

    We currently ship to the following countries:

    Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates (must use a P.O. Box), United Kingdom, United States, and United States Minor Outlying Islands

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For items returned to Maverick by Logan Paul due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

    Maverick by Logan Paul does not hold or accept responsibility or issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your local postal service.

    Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Process a Return, we will issue you a store credit via an Instant Voucher once we've received your return. That way, you may use the Instant Voucher for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge towards the correct item/size or for another item. Maverick by Logan Paul is not responsible for cost of shipping a new order.

    Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days from purchase date, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

    Domestic customers: Please visit https://returns.shoploganpaul.com and enter the email used to place the order to initiate a return or exchange. An email will be sent to the address provided with a link to begin the process.

    International customers: Please email support@shoploganpaul.com from the address used to place the order

    For both domestic and international customers, please contact a support specialist at  support@shoploganpaul.com and we will walk you thru the appropriate return process.

      If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will issue a refund for item(s) not in stock and go ahead and ship the rest of your order.

      All charges on ShopLoganPaul.com are processed in US Dollar. Upon checkout, you will see the price estimated in the currency of your country according to the current exchange rate. Note: prices may vary in accordance to the time the charge processes in our system due to the exchange rate.
